Terms of Service

Last updated: June 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChromeSignals ("the Service"), operated at thechromesignals.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChromeSignals ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Not Financial Advice

ChromeSignals is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing provided through the Service -- including trading signals, backtest results, strategy configurations, educational content, social media posts, or any other communication -- constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading or investment decisions.

3. No Guaranteed Returns

Past performance does not guarantee future results. All performance figures displayed on the Service -- including win rates, returns, profit factors, and equity curves -- are derived from backtested results using historical data and/or paper trading (simulated) results with portfolio-level compounding.

You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Leveraged ETF Risks

Leveraged ETFs carry extreme risk and are not suitable for all investors. You could lose your entire investment.

ChromeSignals provides signals for 3x leveraged exchange-traded funds (ETFs) including TQQQ, SOXL, UPRO, TNA, and LABU. These instruments have unique and significant risks:

The strategy uses 70% of available capital per trade. This concentrated position sizing amplifies both gains and losses. You should fully understand these risks before using the Service.

5. Service Description

ChromeSignals provides:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, signal delivery timeliness, or data accuracy. Trading systems may experience downtime, delays, or errors.

6. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or weekly, depending on your plan). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

7. Signal Confidentiality & Anti-Sharing Policy

All signals, trade alerts, and content delivered through the Telegram channel are strictly confidential and licensed exclusively to the individual subscriber.

By subscribing to ChromeSignals, you explicitly agree that you will NOT:

Your subscription grants a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license to receive and personally act on the signals provided. This license does not extend to any other person or entity.

We actively monitor for violations of this policy. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have shared, forwarded, screenshotted, or otherwise distributed signal content to individuals outside the subscriber community:

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this anti-sharing policy, and that violation constitutes a material breach of these Terms entitling ChromeSignals to the remedies described above.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of ChromeSignals, you agree to:

9. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, strategy logic, backtesting methodology, trade card designs, website design, and branding associated with ChromeSignals are our proprietary intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChromeSignals and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages arise from:

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ChromeSignals in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChromeSignals and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Standard cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorations are issued for the remaining time.

Termination for policy violation: If you violate the Signal Confidentiality & Anti-Sharing Policy (Section 7) or any other material provision of these Terms, your access will be terminated immediately — effective the moment the violation is identified. In the event of termination for policy violation:

Other grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

Upon termination for any reason, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, signal confidentiality, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the Service, its features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
