Terms of Service
Last updated: June 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChromeSignals ("the Service"), operated at thechromesignals.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChromeSignals ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Not Financial Advice
ChromeSignals is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing provided through the Service -- including trading signals, backtest results, strategy configurations, educational content, social media posts, or any other communication -- constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading or investment decisions.
3. No Guaranteed Returns
Past performance does not guarantee future results. All performance figures displayed on the Service -- including win rates, returns, profit factors, and equity curves -- are derived from backtested results using historical data and/or paper trading (simulated) results with portfolio-level compounding.
- Backtested results are hypothetical and were not generated by actual trading
- Paper trading results are simulated and do not involve real money
- Historical performance under specific market conditions may not repeat in the future
- Market conditions, liquidity, slippage, and execution timing in live trading may produce materially different results
- 2018 was a losing year (-30.7%) for the Conservative strategy -- losses are a normal part of trading
You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Leveraged ETF Risks
Leveraged ETFs carry extreme risk and are not suitable for all investors. You could lose your entire investment.
ChromeSignals provides signals for 3x leveraged exchange-traded funds (ETFs) including TQQQ, SOXL, UPRO, TNA, and LABU. These instruments have unique and significant risks:
- Amplified losses: A 3x leveraged ETF amplifies daily moves by 3x. A 33% decline in the underlying index can result in near-total loss of the leveraged ETF's value
- Daily rebalancing decay: Leveraged ETFs reset their leverage ratio daily. In volatile, sideways markets, this compounding effect erodes value over time even if the underlying index is flat ("volatility decay")
- Not designed for long-term holding: These instruments are designed for short-term trading. Holding periods beyond a few days amplifies the risk of decay
- Liquidity risk: During extreme market conditions, leveraged ETFs may experience wide bid-ask spreads and reduced liquidity
- Gap risk: Overnight events can cause leveraged ETFs to open significantly lower than the previous close, bypassing stop-loss orders
- Delisting risk: Leveraged ETFs can be delisted or closed by their issuers at any time
The strategy uses 70% of available capital per trade. This concentrated position sizing amplifies both gains and losses. You should fully understand these risks before using the Service.
5. Service Description
ChromeSignals provides:
- Signals ($200/month or $65/week): Algorithmic entry and exit signals for leveraged ETFs delivered via Telegram channels. Signals include ticker, entry/exit price, exit type, and risk disclaimers.
- Platform ($150/month): A backtesting platform where you can configure, test, and evaluate custom leveraged ETF mean-reversion strategies using 3 years of 1-minute historical data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, signal delivery timeliness, or data accuracy. Trading systems may experience downtime, delays, or errors.
6. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or weekly, depending on your plan). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
- No refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorations are issued for unused time within a billing period.
- Termination for cause: If your subscription is terminated for violating these Terms (including the Anti-Sharing Policy in Section 7), all fees paid for the current billing period are forfeited immediately. No refund, credit, or proration will be issued under any circumstances.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.
- Free trial: If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
7. Signal Confidentiality & Anti-Sharing Policy
All signals, trade alerts, and content delivered through the Telegram channel are strictly confidential and licensed exclusively to the individual subscriber.
By subscribing to ChromeSignals, you explicitly agree that you will NOT:
- Screenshot signals, trade alerts, or any content from the Telegram channel
- Forward messages from the channel to any person, group, or platform
- Share, redistribute, repost, or republish signal content in any form — including but not limited to text, images, paraphrased summaries, or verbal communication of specific trade details
- Allow access to your Telegram account or the channel to any third party
- Record or archive channel content for distribution purposes
Your subscription grants a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license to receive and personally act on the signals provided. This license does not extend to any other person or entity.
We actively monitor for violations of this policy. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have shared, forwarded, screenshotted, or otherwise distributed signal content to individuals outside the subscriber community:
- Your membership will be terminated immediately — effective the moment the violation is identified
- You will be permanently removed from the Telegram channel without prior notice
- No refund, credit, or proration will be issued — all fees paid for the current billing period are retained in full
- You will be permanently banned from re-subscribing to any ChromeSignals product
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this anti-sharing policy, and that violation constitutes a material breach of these Terms entitling ChromeSignals to the remedies described above.
8. User Responsibilities
As a user of ChromeSignals, you agree to:
- Use the Service at your own risk and take full responsibility for all trading decisions you make
- Abide by the Signal Confidentiality & Anti-Sharing Policy described in Section 7
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and Telegram access
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to securities trading in your jurisdiction
- Consult your own financial, tax, and legal advisors before acting on any information provided by the Service
9. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, strategy logic, backtesting methodology, trade card designs, website design, and branding associated with ChromeSignals are our proprietary intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChromeSignals and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.
This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages arise from:
- Trading decisions made based on our signals or backtest results
- Errors, delays, or interruptions in signal delivery
- Inaccuracies in historical data or backtest calculations
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Service downtime or technical failures
- Any other use of or inability to use the Service
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ChromeSignals in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChromeSignals and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Standard cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorations are issued for the remaining time.
Termination for policy violation: If you violate the Signal Confidentiality & Anti-Sharing Policy (Section 7) or any other material provision of these Terms, your access will be terminated immediately — effective the moment the violation is identified. In the event of termination for policy violation:
- You will be removed from the Telegram channel immediately, without prior notice or grace period
- All fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable and non-proratable — we retain the full amount
- You will be permanently banned from subscribing to any ChromeSignals product or service
- We reserve the right to pursue additional legal remedies for damages caused by unauthorized distribution of our proprietary content
Other grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
- Abusive or fraudulent behavior
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Any conduct that, in our sole judgment, is harmful to other subscribers or the Service
Upon termination for any reason, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, signal confidentiality, and dispute resolution survive termination.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Trading signals will be profitable or accurate
- Backtest results will reflect future live trading performance
- The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the Service, its features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
